Felicia Maguire
Felicia Maguire (she/her) is a Windsor-LaSalle born dancer aerialist. She is a graduate from Toronto Metropolitan University, where she received a bachelor of Fine Arts in Performance Dance. Since graduating she has been working in the cruise line industry for four years, and is currently employed with Carnival Cruise Lines as an aerialist. Felicia is excited to be back in her home town teaching the incredible young talent the city has to offer.
Elisha Ladeza
Elisha Ladeza is a multi-disciplined dancer, choreographer, and educator with over a decade of professional experience across Canada and the UK. A graduate of St. Clair College's Musical Theatre & Performance program in Windsor, Ontario and an alumna of the apprenticeship program at The Performing Arts Centre in LA, Elisha has performed with major artists including Dua Lipa, Meghan Trainor, and Zara Larsson, with additional credits in several Disney and Netflix productions. Specializing in heels, commercial choreography, and jazz funk, Elisha brings an empowering, inclusive, and technique-driven approach to every class, aiming to inspire confidence, push boundaries and facilitate authenticity of movement in dancers of all levels.
Carmen Leardi
Carmen is a dance and theatre professional from Amherstburg, Ontario, currently based in Toronto. Her stage credits include dancing alongside artists like 'Weird' Al Yancovik, and Stacey Kay, and choreographing musical theatre productions like The Addams Family, and Zombie Prom: Atomic Edition. On screen, Carmen has appeared on CBC national television in her dance short, "Season of Seven Loves", and has choreographed music videos for indie artists Mike Hargreaves, Janel Rae, and Dante Scott. Carmen is involved with Toronto's indie contemporary dance and theatre community, and has recently performed at events hosted by The Garage, Theatre Passe Muraille, the Collab Project, and Bird on Stage Productions. Carmen holds a diploma in Performing Arts from Randolph College’s Triple Threat program in Toronto, and is a current Creative Industries student at Toronto Metropolitan University, where she is thrilled to be learning about entrepreneurship and business in creative fields, like dance!
Carmen is the proud owner of West End Performing Arts Company, having hosted various workshops, produced her first dance show, and returning to Windsor for the second annual Windsor Dance Intensive!
